Alpha Omega London Charitable Trust

Thanks to Alpha Omega’s partnership, Aleh Negev’s Dental Clinic will be equipped with the specialized equipment it needs to ensure the dignity and safety of our special-needs clientele.     


Bank Hapoalim

Bernard van Leer Foundation

Thanks to funding and encouragement from Bernard van Leer Foundation, Aleh’s community workshops are offering hundreds of families the knowledge and skills to ensure the success of their young children’s development.  From infant massage techniques to proper nutrition in early childhood, motor and communication development during play, coping with challenges at home and in school, and helping children with ADHD, the workshops are promoting awareness and understanding among the religious community of Bnei Brak.


The Bonita Trust

The Bonita Trust, in partnership with Aleh, has helped build the new Aleh Jerusalem High-Dependency Wing, a pioneering hospital that will enable disabled children with complex medical conditions to live in a warm, loving, rehabilitative environment.  The High-Dependency Wing opened in May 2010, in the presence of President of Israel Shimon Peres. More recently, the Trust dedicated the Paramedical Wing of the facility’s new Special Education School, which was inaugurated on September 2012. 
 
Ruth Parasol DeLeon, founding member of the Bonita Trust's International Advisory Board, explained the Trust’s participation with the following words: “Philanthropy is more than the giving of money; it is about the creation of partnerships….and our partnership with Aleh has helped build this wonderful new facility that will enable disabled children to receive specialised care in the uniquely warm and loving environment that Aleh is so good at providing."
 
The Bonita Trust is an independent philanthropic trust established under Gibraltar law in 2004 with its vision to help communities address some of the important health and education challenges facing them, leveraging cutting edge technologies and Internet-based solutions.  

Since its inception to date Bonita has focused the majority of its community grant-making in the United Kingdom, Israel, Gibraltar, India, Poland, Afghanistan and Haiti, and committed over £14.5 million pounds to both communal based and cross-border projects in the areas of health, medical research, education, community service, female entrepreneurship and disaster relief.



Dorset Fundacion

Dorset Fundacion and Aleh have partnered together to create an exciting Activity Room for Moriah’s disabled young adults. The room will provide the teenagers with age-appropriate activity and fun while promoting independence in a positive social setting.
Dorset Fundacion’s generous grants in the past have helped build a Young Adult Wing in Aleh Jerusalem and an Exercise Gym for Bnei Brak’s special-needs children.


The Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation

The Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation’s commitment to help vulnerable individuals reach their potential and live quality lives has led to its significant partnership  with Aleh, on behalf of hundreds of severely disabled children and young adults in Israel.  
The establishment of Aleh Negev-Nahalat Eran is in large part due to the Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation, who co-financed the construction of the Hospital Project, the Paramedical Center, the Logistics Center and the Hydrotherapy Pool. The foundation’s vision and commitment has also led to its support in establishing Aleh Jerusalem’s new Hospital Wing and the purchase of a state-of-the-art ambulance.


The Eilat Ashkelon Pipeline Co. Ltd. (EAPC)

The Eilat Ashkelon Pipeline Co. Ltd. (EAPC) donated a generous grant to the Aleh Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitative Village, in support of the disabled residents of the village that come from Ashkelon and Eilat.  
As Chairman of EAPC Amos Yaron and Director General Yair Vida remarked at a ceremony held in their offices: “EAPC sees its activities on behalf of the community, and especially on behalf of the vulnerable and handicapped, as part of its obligation to society and humanity.  This contribution is another expression of our partnership with the community around us.”


El Al Airlines

In a unique project to benefit the children of Aleh, El Al began a campaign in October 2005 called “Small Change Makes a Big Difference.”

On El Al flights returning to Israel, an envelope in the pocket seat of each passenger requests that people place within it their leftover change in any currency to benefit the children of Aleh. To see full story Click Here.



Family Philanthropy Venture Fund of Jewish Federation Orange County

The families and children of the Family Philanthropy Venture Fund of Jewish Federation Orange County have helped establish an innovative Activity Wall in Aleh Negev’s Special Education School. They have also helped sponsor Aleh Negev’s Safari Therapy Program, providing hundreds of children with exciting opportunities for stimulation, communication, and emotional wellbeing throughout the day. 



Glencore Foundation for Education and Welfare

The Glencore Foundation’s grant provided scholarships to students from the Negev completing their undergraduate studies in the paramedical fields.  These students receive training and work opportunities in Aleh Negev, which encourages them to settle in the area and contribute to its economic stability.


Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation

The generous support of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation helped establish the pioneering Aleh Negev Rehabilitative Village.  The beautiful residential center for disabled adults, with its assisted-living apartments and courtyards, is one of the projects their grant has funded.
 


JNF

Jewish National Fund, through its Blueprint Negev initiative, is making a major impact by partnering with Aleh. Together, we are building Aleh Negev! JNF is lending its expertise in developing beautifully landscaped grounds, meticulously planned to stimulate the senses of residents through the scents of herb and flower gardens.



Keren Hayesod

Keren Hayesod - United Israel Appeal, is a major partner in dozens of Aleh projects.  Their support has been crucial to the building of the monumental Aleh Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitative Village, in particular its pioneering Hospital Wing, as well as Aleh Jerusalem’s current expansion campaign.  Thanks to their unwavering support, hundreds of severely disabled children throughout Israel will be able to receive the specialized care they deserve.


Logic Industries

Logic Industries has partnered with Aleh Negev in the construction of a beautiful Hydrotherapy Pool.  Logic Industries, founded and owned by Mr. Mati Kochavi, provides advanced public safety and security solutions for national resource systems.  Its partnership with Aleh Negev is a reflection of its belief in the potential of every resident and in our responsibility to help each one reach this potential.   



The Makhteshim Agan Company

The Makhteshim Agan Company generously supported the establishment of a Classroom in Aleh Negev-Nahalat Eran’s Hospital Wing.  With a doll corner, kitchen, doctor’s corner, music corner, library corner, and gymboree, the classroom will enable some of our sickest children to enhance their motor and cognitive development through fun and play. 



The Marc Rich Foundation

The Marc Rich Foundation's generosity has enabled Aleh Negev to build its state-of-the-art High-Dependency Center, including a medical wing, an educational department and two hospital wings.


Massada Charitable Trust

Thanks to the partnership of the Massada Charitable Trust in Leeds, Aleh Negev has been able to purchase specialised physiotherapy equipment that is providing its residents with further opportunities for development.  Their recent contribution will support the expansion of the Vocational Workshops Programme, where residents enjoy challenging and productive creative work while fulfilling therapy goals.



The Matanel Foundation

The Matanel Foundation is a major partner in the establishment of Aleh Jerusalem’s High-Dependency Hospital Wing as well as its ambitious Renovations Project. Thanks to their generous support, seriously ill children will be able to live in a medically safe, warm and loving environment that offers them the rehabilitative and educational opportunities they deserve.  At the same time, the rest of Aleh’s severely disabled children will benefit from a warm, residential-style environment designed to offer them independence and dignified living.  



PPO Foundation

PPO Foundation in Switzerland has generously supported the purchase of vital specialised equipment for the residents of Aleh Negev-Nahalat Eran, including a life-saving airway clearance vest, supportive pillows, and a foldable ambulance hoist.  Their contribution will enable the residents to enjoy an enhanced quality of life on a daily basis. 



Orange

Partner Communications Company dedicated the Partner Room, a rehabilitative assistive technology therapy room with computers, switches, and the technology to help the children connect with their family and friends. To see the full story Click Here.


The Rashi Foundation

The Rashi Foundation is a leading partner in the establishment of Aleh Negev, managing and co-financing construction of the Hospital Project, the Paramedical Center and the Logistics Center.  With the completion of these buildings in Stage 1, Rashi has extended its commitment to the Village by enabling the establishment of the Rehabilitative Pool.
Rashi's support of Aleh Negev expresses the foundation's mission to help disadvantaged individuals reach their potential and to strengthen Israel's periphery. Rashi funds and operates dozens of other projects in Israel's southern and northern regions to assist disabled young adults live in dignity and comfort.


The Slomo and Cindy Silvian Foundation

We are grateful to The Slomo and Cindy Silvian Foundation, Inc. for their support of Aleh Negev training programs and the Therapeutic Safari Program, enabling residents and community children to achieve motor and sensory goals while encouraging nurturing and self-confidence. 



SuperSol

FOUNDATION SYMPHASIS

Thanks to a grant from the HURST FUND of the charitable FOUNDATION SYMPHASIS, Zurich/Switzerland, Aleh Jerusalem is offering developmentally disabled children hydrotherapy treatments in an off-premises pool.  The physical, therapeutic and emotional benefits of hydrotherapy are vital in order to help this special-needs population grow and develop their full potential.


Tamares Hotels, Resorts & Spas

The famous  Tamares Hotels, Resorts & Spas  has partnered with Aleh by initiating a giving campaign amongst its many guests and visitors during check-out.  A small donation can indeed make a world of a difference to the quality of healthcare and wellbeing of our very special children.  The hotel staff’s sensitivity and support of our children is heartwarming!  


The Wolfson Family Charitable Trust

The Wolfson Family Charitable Trust has helped Aleh Negev purchase various physiotherapy equipment and devices, providing its disabled residents with a wide range of opportunities to enhance their mobility and physical abilities.    



Wristbands.net

Wristbands.net, premier manufacturer of custom silicon wristbands in the USA, generously supplied ALEH with a large donation of wristbands bearing ALEH’s logo and slogan, in Hebrew and English.  These customized wristbands are proudly worn by volunteers, supporters, staff and children, helping to raise public awareness for ALEH’s cause.
