A great part of Aleh’s success in rehabilitation is its individualized learning programs designed for each child according to his/her ability. At Aleh Jerusalem’s special education school, these  programs are carried out on a one-on-one basis – one caregiver working with one child. This requires a great deal of extra manpower.

 

National Service girls have proven to be highly motivated and filled with desire to help “their” child succeed.   They work tirelessly and truly believe in the hidden potential of each child’s spirit. Hiring them is cost-effective, and they are in tune with the religious and quality of life issues that govern the facility.
